1. Digital Products Policy

InterviewAI sells digital credits that grant access to our AI assessment services. Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate costs associated with AI processing, we generally do not offer refunds.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following rare circumstances:

  • Technical failure of the platform where credits were consumed but no service was provided.
  • Unauthorized transactions as verified by our payment processor (Stripe).

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email info@InterviewAI360.com with your transaction ID and the reason for the request. All requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

4. Refund Processing

If an exception is granted, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
